Adding webpages

You can add additional top level menu items (tabs) to your website, as well as adding individual webpages to those menu items.

Adding a page as a new menu item

If you want to add a new menu item to your website, this can be done by adding a page and selecting it as a menu item.

  1. Log into EstateWeb
  2. Within Pages, click Edit Pages
  3. The first tab, Web Pages, displays. You can either edit it in Tile View or Tree View; Tile View shows all web pages, whereas, Tree View shows the structure of the website
    1. Within Tile View, click Add A New Page
    2. Within Tree View, hover your mouse alongside Main Menu. Right click, click Add, and then click Page
  4. From here, select Templated Content Page and click Save
  5. The first tab, Settings, displays. Add as much information as is required (Heading, Title, Description) and tick Publish?
  6. Click the Layout tab
  7. You have a number of options for the page layout. First, determine the layout template is still applicable, bearing in mind that any region can be changed to be either text or an image
  8. Click the Content tab
  9. Add as much content for the webpage as is required

  10. Click Save And Close
  11. With the page created, from the Web Pages tab and within Tree View, hover your mouse alongside Main Menu. Right click, click Add, and then click Menu item
  12. Within the Existing Page tab, select the page that you've just created and click Save

The menu item will be listed as a Main Menu item, and displays as below on your webpage.

Adding a page within a menu item

You can also add a page to within a menu item.

  1. Log into EstateWeb

    1. Within Tile View, click Add A New Page
    2. Within Tree View, on the menu item where you wish to add the page, Right click, click Add, and then click Page
  4. From here, select Templated Content Page and click Save

Adding an existing page

If a page has already been created but isn't yet appearing in your menu, you can easily add the existing page.

  1. Log into EstateWeb
  2. Within Pages, click Edit Pages
  3. The first tab, Web Pages, displays. Click Tree View
  4. Right click where you would like to link your existing page. Click Add, and then click Menu item
  5. Within the Existing Page tab, select the page that you want to link
    1. You can search for the page via the search bar at the top
    2. You can set the page to Launch in new window (a new tab) if you wish
  6. Once you have clicked on the page you want to link, it'll appear in the Name field. You can amend it, if necessary
  7. Click Save
