Directing Enquiries via Location Mapping

If a website visitor requests to view a property, their enquiry will be directed depending on the location of the property. After you have defined the catchment of the branch, this information will be used to direct enquiries.

1. Log into EstateWeb
2. Within Locations, click Edit Locations
3. From here, click the Area where you wish to define location mapping
4. Click Location Mapping
5. The Enquiry Management page appears. Select the location that you wish to define and link to a specific branch
6. Click Save And Close
