News articles are a great way to communicate achievements with customers, write about your local area, and they can also improve your Google rankings.
You can grab the attention of viewers, for the news articles that display on your website, by selecting a relevant image as a thumbnail.
- Log into EstateWeb
- Within News, click Edit News
- From here, you can view, add, edit, or remove news posts. Click the edit icon alongside the article you wish to change the image for, or, add an image to

- Click Icon
- The Assets page enables you to add and amend files. If you have an existing image assigned as the thumbnail, click the delete icon to clear the existing image first
- You can now either upload a new image specifically for use as the thumbnail, or, select an image that's already been uploaded
- If the image you want to use as the thumbnail has already been uploaded, select it so it's highlighted
- Alternatively, if you need to upload a new image, click Upload Image From Computer. Click Choose file to browse your computer or network for the image. Select the image(s) and click Open. Click Upload
- To use the image as the thumbnail, right click on the image and click Select
- Click Save
- The image will appear as selected on the right hand side. In the example below, we have selected Garden.jpg as the thumbnail

When uploading images, please ensure they follow the below specification:
- Ensure all images in this section are a standard size and dimension. You can do this through tools such as Paint
- Max Filesize: 10.00 mb
